Founded six years ago, Talent Garden is now the largest European co-working and digital innovation network, hosting over 3,500 digital and tech professionals and working with many corporates including Google, Cisco, BMW and Electrolux. More than 150 large European corporations also use Talent Garden as a platform to keep in contact with the best European talents.
Opening in September, Talent Garden Dublin is one of 23 European campuses and membership gives you access to all of these locations too. The unique co-working space based in DCU’s Alpha innovation campus provides flexible work space for freelancers, tech startups and corporate innovation labs.
The building will also house the Innovation School, a digital skills ‘bootcamp’ education platform conceived to upskill entrepreneurs and assist corporates on their ‘digital transformation’ journeys.
Over 500 students yearly take courses through Talent Garden in coding, user experience, growth hacking, data science and more. More than 2,300 top managers have also taken part in the corporate training to innovate their teams and companies. Plans for the future include more formal, accredited education offerings, with partners like DCU.
Talent Garden Dublin is going beyond just desk spaces – residents will gain access to mentorship, creative space, legal and financial advice and community spaces – areas where you can have lunch, informal chats, coffee breaks or a foosball match!
