Help Required: Dublin Tech Takes A Stress Test

Joan Mulvihill of the Irish Internet Association writes:

Prompted by a piece you ran by Maura McElhone earlier in the year on the subject of burn-out working for startups and in tech in general, the Irish Internet Association have responded by putting together a survey for everyone working in tech to assess the perceived stress-levels within the sector. We are interested in hearing from everyone (happy or sad, carefree or stressed) so go some way towards measuring the extent to which this might be an issue. We are hoping to run the survey as an index (so repeating it every six months or every year). We want to encourage people to embrace careers in the sector but we want them to be happy with their choices too so that they stay the course!

The link to the survey is HERE. The deadline is this Friday.

And don’t forget: keep breathing.
